they always have the feed that I need and they always help me load my car
The selection offered was unorganized. The staff's knowledge of where products are, as well as over-all service was appalling. There were 3 people working, the two seen here were chatting on the phone for personal reasons. The other standing by a rack of cat hair covered clothes. so unprofessional. not coming back. we used this place for company supplies and they have lost our business.
Ehhhhh......!! Employees give canned answers. Didn't even offer to help me look for what I needed. Where has customer service gone these days.....
Inventory was on point. Bought 200 lbs chicken feed. Berne insulated coveralls with a jacket and some wool socks, plus a couple temperature gauges. Questions asked promply and got help loading it out!
You get no help. I don't have a problem with stores hiring young people but ever since this location has opened they hire almost all young people that are inexperienced that need to call for backup to answer your question if you do find someone to help you. The young female cashiers spend more time talking then they do learning the store or helping customers I'm very disappointed it's Ace Hardware for me
