great grocery store. I have been here to purchase bottled water, liquid coffee creamer and even used the atm. Tucked back in edge of town. Google it. They are a great resource. Convenient and centrally located. Looks like they have a little of everything. Variety counts. Thanks village market. For all the gentleman that forget that important moment. They have flowers....!
The prices aren't great but 24 hour convenience more than makes up for it! The people are always friendly and the store is always clean and bright. There are usually good sales, you just have to pay attention. The deli counter always has good deals for lunch.
Great place to go Grocery shopping has a good. Choice of food and drinks with a nice little pharmacy and health care needs, also has a little bit of cooking needs and more.
I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Some prices are very high (I paid $3 for a pint of egg nog today). And produce is rather high. Overall though the prices work out over an entire basket of groceries. Also this is a very small town and the location is central and convenient. Gas and my time are worth money too. The general manager is very professional.
I prefer shopping locally and willingly pay the higher prices that go with it. I've been to Village Market many times and more often than not the employees are not friendly. I tried it again this week and two out of the three employees I dealt with were grumpy. I give up, I'll drive to Hamilton instead.
