The receptionist is by far the useless person I have ever come in contact with who works at a federal building for FOC.

This is the first time ive used this automated system and its is absolutely the worst ive ever used it gives you about ten seconds to record your name number and spell ur last name then on top of that u cant even get ahold of anyone for why you called complete bs!!!!!!
